I have come accross HTC AT&T Tilt(TytnII) smart phone unl0cked and HTC Diamond smartphone that are for sale. Do they use sims and able to setch for SO cards. If so are they reliable Thanks

These phones will work with speak out sims. As for reliability, HTC phones generally are not very good phones, the speak out sim will not be the issue, it will be the phones.
