Depends on what phone you are using greybox, if you are getting extremely low download but high upload, it means your phone is not connecting to the roger network properly. I'm guessing you do not have GSM/HSDPA 850. Since that is the frequence Roger uses for download. That would explains your loop sided speed. Since you said it is (HSDPA 900 / 2100), it makes perfect sense.

I am using a Blackberry Bold and I have an icon showing "3G" on the screen. Does that mean it can or is connected to 3G?

Even if I could use it for Internet browsing, I would not, screen on the phone is so small I would need a humongous magnifying glass to see anything.
