A couple of months ago I paid Speakout $ 100.00 for a top-up plus bonus $ 25.00 and this deal also included a NEW FREE SIM card. The SIM card required a charge for delivery.
About 4 weeks ago I called SO and they shuffled me off to some shipping company in BC I think.
To this day I have not received the NEW SIM card nor has the shipping been refunded.
I'm not going to go broke with this but this has left a sour taste in my mouth.
Are the pulling a SCAM perhaps ?

I did the same at the end of August and received the SIM card in the mail about a week later.

Ditto, so not a scam. Get on them and don't let them rest until you get a sim!

RGM mine came in a plain white letter envelope with a letter post stamp. Could yours have gone in the junk mail pile?

Sorry been away for a while.
No this SIM never arrived. Speakout doesn't care one hoot and the SIM card shipping people in BC are likewise uninterested. I'll just learn from the experience and somehow avoid this same situation the next time I update.
