I've noticed since the 3G service has been removed that there lots if people complaining about it and others getting mad about the complainers. At this point all we can do as speakout customers is wait and see. Maybe there will be a service in the future were we will get full data service for our smartphones. Until then there is no use in complaining about services that were never guaranteed. And everyone who was using the data in excess when we had it, there is no Canadian telecom company out there that would ever offer $10/month for unlimited data. Please come back to reality. Just my 2 cents. And thank you to speak out for being the best mobile provider I have ever had (which includes bell, rogers, and telus)

To be more specific, 3G service hasn't been removed. They just re-lock the access back to port 80 only. It is still 3G speed when using port 80; i.e., web browsing.

Those with a rooted Android phone can install Droidproxy or Autoproxy to re-route the traffic of *some* apps to port 80 (like ebay, Facebook, Android Market, youtube, waze). But pop/imap email won't work, most VOIP won't work.

If you spend most of your time browsing web and streaming movies, then UMB still works and is a good deal for $10.

Whoopidee Doo, 3G/HSPA+ Browsing. If they do come up with a data plan I hope it's cheaper that Robbers, Fido and the rest. For now, In Autoproxy I trust.

If you want to complain, don't complain to what we all feel is a great company. Complain to the CRTC.
