Hi

Things seem to be amiss with the unlimited browsing plan - I had it setup last year with no issues at all on my phone. But when I activated it this month (March 2013) I can not get a data signal. Has anyone else seen this as well ? it rather sucks as this was a cheap way to get internet access for occasional usage, but now I will have to look elsewhere.

Working fine for me too.

Can you verify your APN settings are still there? Maybe delete and re-add the APN again?

BTW, what phone are you using?

I have Same problem speakout browsing plan worked on February 1, 2013 to March 1, 2013. On March 2 stopped working even though I used same APN. I contacted customer service 611 was told I might have to cancel unlimited browsing plan so I dont get charged another $10 for a browsing plan that does not work.

• MCC: 302
• MNC: 720
• Authentication Type: None

Those are the settings I used as well. I am currently using LG nitro (p930), although I did try my original phone (a LG GW620) as well and it did not catch a data signal either (but it did work last year). When I contacted customer service they said that nothing had changed – but like they would know..

It's not your settings' problem, it's the wireless signal problem. I am in Mississauga, i keep getting 1 or no bar reception for 4G, if 4g signal goes too low, the phone will display (or change data mode to) "G" or "E" then no web browsing will work. Phonecall seems to work fine regardless though. I am using a galaxy S2.

My iphone is not working neither but my android still can access internet. Therefore, i try to move my sim to iphone but it not work.

I called customer services, she said 3g internet services may not support for third party cell phone and many people call for that recently.

anyone still can access internet by iphone? My iphone 5 and 4s still not work.

Confirmed that my iPhone is not working as well. Hmm... from what I can tell it seems to only affect people who activated their data service in March 2013.
