So I got a new Huawei android in July 2014. It worked perfectly up until mid-October when all of a sudden I started losing connection in certain areas, areas where the connection was perfectly fine before. So at my house I can't send or receive texts or calls, I walk a couple blocks and get it, walk another couple blocks and lose it. Before I would have connection everywhere, all the time. I've tried all the "solutions" customer service and others have suggested from battery un/plugs to resets and nothing works. Being that I'm not the most tech savy person, I figured that if it was a problem with the SIM card that I wouldn't get connection at all, but is it possible that a damaged SIM card could result in this kind of sporadic network connection?
