Hi ,
top up .
What's that mean ? I was charged $ 28.00 every month without my knowledge. I though that I will be charged for pay as you go .
Please help . I am having problem to log in to make changes to my billings.

Call customer service to see what's going on. They are the only ones who can go into your account to see what's happening.

Seems like you have automatic topup selected on your account. Not what you want on prepaid since it does it every 30 days. $25+tax probably. I would think the balance has been updated so you haven't lost the $'s. If I am right then you can stop the auto topup in your account.
