Hi, just took several hours to read threads...still confusing. I just activated a speakout phone number and hope to use my iphone to take the advantage of unlimited browsing for $10, my questions are:

1. what is the difference between what we get from this unlimited browsing and data plan from other service providers like rogers? I saw some people get all data functions by setting proxy but other people disagree. Can some please give a summary?

2. If the data function is possible, what is the best app for using freephoneline sip account as a regular phone?

If these two questions are solved well then we can get full data service and a regular phone for just $10 per month? too good to be true? thanks for sharing.

SIP may be against the terms of service and not possible in actual usage(even you can make it 'technically' work).

from the question, UMB is not for you.

Rogers, who are Speakout's network, block voip calls over their system. Voip only works with wifi.
