Initially posted by mistake in "Announcements". Apologies; can't get rid of topic subject header. Thanks for providing this forum. I am a first time user of speakout services, just bought the Virtue 111. Have set up phone number and activated phone online. Now waiting many hours for charge. All I see on screen is battery with lightning bolt, can't turn phone on. Any ideas? (Not new to smartphones - have another Android phone - but new to this one. Have checked forums and faqs for an answer to this problem but dnt see anything.)

That really sucks, but I'm glad it worked out. Out of millions of devices being manufactured, some can turn out to be duds.

There is a youtube of a lady unboxing of her 711 virtue III and it didn't charge either with the supplied charger, when she plugged it into her laptop it charged. 711 may have gotten a batch with bad chargers.
