Do a google search for cell phone unlocking, there are many sites that can help you. However, there has been some discussion regarding unlocking Speakout phones and people haven't had much luck unlocking phone purchased recently. You would be better off buying an unlocked 1661 from eBay, likely $10 to $15 plus shipping. Unlocking from a web site should be about $10.

why would you want to unlock this phone ? it is such a bare model that is only good for spare or very light use, not much hidden value to unlock for.

i think you have specified the name of the model wrong. You can easily unlock this model at Unlock Arena using unlock codes. Check out the place to make the order. Once you receive the codes you just need to follow three steps of instructions to unlock it.

Nokia1661 battery last long time. 1 month you don't need to charge.
