This is nuts
Web page useless won't send me registration email. Can't activate sim
No response customer support from web contact
Call phone number get to activation and it will only Accept 7 digits of 9 digit SIM card activation
Voice customer support just hung up after 5minutes hold
Why is this so difficult ???

Worse experience ever,
Purchased SIM card , couldn't activate it. Web page won't let me create a account with mobile device, phone number on SIM card won't allow me to activate. Customer service put me on hold for 5 minutes then hangs up.
Web page customer support takes 2-3 days to respond.
Finally figured out had to use desktop to make account. And customer support says phone number in sim instructions is incorrect.
Just next level stupid

We activated a new SIM on Tuesday evening (July 25), using a PC browser, at their web page. Worked immediately, with no problems of any kind. Phone can now make and receive calls.
(However, we did have difficulty setting up the voice mail. We did call our own number, using our mobile phone with the new SIM installed, but we did not get the voice prompts that the procedure said would occur.)
