I get full bars, 3G in the menubar, yet I can never get any data in that place! What's the problem here???

If I were to guess, the cell tower that Union station uses is highly congested. Though I have no actual proof, I believe Speakout browsing uses excess bandwidth from Rogers. If the tower is congested, too bad, so sad.
