Will a USB stick work with speakout (data plan)?

I have not personally tried it, but the Speakout Data plan should work with a Rocket Mobile Internet Stick. The question is, why would you want it to? Personal computers tend to use a lot more data than a phone or tablet, and 100 megs is not much.

I agree. You would blow through your 100 mb in a flash. It would be a pricey way to go!

I can personally confirm I had a Rogers Rocket Stick working on Speakout's old data plan a while back. I did it as a test just to see if I could get it going and I had no issues other than I had to configure the proxy settings in IE for it. And of course, it was only good for browsing (port 80, 443 stuff).

I can also confirm it used a lot of data; I want to say 200 MB was used up quite quickly with just some basic surfing. I wouldn't recommend it with the new 100MB plan. I suspect you wouldn't need to configure the IE proxy settings any more at least.
