Hmm, not totally unbelievable. Rogers is in the midst of rolling out its HSPA+ network (basically a faster replacement for 3G) across Canada. With 3G, speeds maxed out at 720 kbps, but the new HSPA+ network has a top speed of 2,100 kbps. Tested this morning on the train in to work and got a score of 1025.641 Kbps!
