taodinig: I thought you could only give out a code once per week?

The forum rules say that referrers should only post once a week to allow for a fair distribution of the available "referees" to everyone - this rule is hard to enforce here in the forum without an active moderator that watches all the posts ... I'm not saying anything about whether the code given by taoding is still good or not, just saying that 647Guy's comment is in reference to the forum rules (recommendations).

You just don't do stuff like that. Very rarely does someone use a code immediately, so no after less than a day you are supplying it to someone else. What happens when the first guy goes to use your code and it bounces on him? When you supply a code give it at least three days before you give up.

I believe you are a little over-reaction for this. The code I supplied first was on August 22nd, and I waited till August 24th to supply the same to the second after checking out that the code was not used for some reason.

The rule of giving out one code once a week is talking about accepted code, not unused code. As you are supplying code here as well, you judgment is definitely biased. Hope this makes sense.
