I think that I've been a customer since 2008 and since that time things have all been good and well with speakout.

I started with the Nokia 5130 and still use it on speak out service. Asides from needing to be charged on a more regular basis does the basic texting and calls I need and I can easily download video and music to watch and play on my phone. I've dropped it numreous times and it still works, and the camera although not great, is still quite useable and serviceable.

I don't have to worry about a 30 day expiry, and as an infrequent user, I don't have to be concerned with making my minutes rollover.

I think that 7-11 realizes that there are people like me who use my phone infrequently, and they don't make much money off of me, but I am not the norm, and most people probably spend 20-30 dollars a month and I appreciate that.

I was with Petro-Canada and fido prepaid before this, and those are two companies that work to wring every penny out of their network every month.

7-11 just sets some basic straightforward rules, and let's users determine how they want the service to fit them.

This is the future of business.

I'd also love it if data were rolled into the prepaid balance.

Let's say 2c/mb? About $10/500mb? It's more expensive than regular data rates, but the data rollovers!
