AS OTHER USERS HAVE NOTED THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
IN MY CASE MY SIM CARD NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THE ONLY NUMBER AVAILABLE ONLINE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A U.S., NUMBER. MY EXPERIENCE WAS A 20-30 MINUTE WAIT JUST TO ASK THEM TO TRANSFER MY CALL TO THE CANADIAN SIDE OF THEIR BUSINESS. ONCE CONNECTED TO THE CANADIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT..... BUT THAT'S NOT THE WORST OF IT, AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 30 MINUTES TO SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE A RECORDING CAME ON SAYING "DUE TO A HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS PLEASE CALL BACK LATER" AND THEN THEY HANG-UP ON YOU!
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WITH A COMPANY WHO TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH A LITTLE MORE RESPECT.

Sorry to hear. On the very few occasions I have had to call customer service, I also have heard that "experiencing high volume of calls" message, but my call is usually answered in 5 minutes or less.
Actually, my last call was just what you did. I also had to replace my SIM card. Never had any problems though.
