how can i reach customer service | Reviews | Consumer forum

i have a speakout that i would like to start using again , the phone works but when i try to dil a # it tells me to call a # but it still wont put me through and i cant seem to reach customer service or locate a # on any 711 websites ,does anyone have any sugggestions
