I recently bought a BLU Advance 4.0L, and a SIM card. When I called customer service yesterday to get my account put on the new SIM card, it gave me the usual notice that they are experiencing longer than normal call volumes.

The call was answered only after about 4 minutes, and was answered by a very pleasant lady I forgot her name :)
The whole thing went seamless. She mentioned because I called (about 4:15 pm), that it might not happen that night, but when I checked about 5:30, the SIM card was good to go.

God knows there are plenty of bad reviews of SpeakOut customer service on this site. Who knows how many of them are actually legit. I have to say my experience was exceptional.

I was chatting with a very nice customer service rep, and the transition went flawlessly.

I'm so glad I'm with SpeakOut, and always will be :)
