been getting a runaround for over a month, in fact longer, sent my grandsons broken phone to newmarket, they seem to have lost it and are looking for it in the phillipines. noone is home at glenlyon or the other bc address, no voicemail, no canadian email anywhere on their site. i got a call on my emergency cell from someone who later claimed to be the manager in the phillipines. i have loved my speakout and nokia till now. think i will be carrying a sign and marching outside some stores

after one month of email from the phillipines, unauthorised calls to MY emergency cell phone and 4 solid HOURS today on the internet, today, googling, leaving voice messages, sending a dozen email to random nokia names and finally google searching the address without NOKIA and finding the company in Newmarket that has my phone i am relieved to say a lovely Canadian is handling it and will be sending me a replacement phone tomorrow. the reps in the phillipines had me actually shouting. i havent shouted at anyone like that in years. perhaps a decade. they lied, repeatedly and i am so impressed that NOKIA chooses to outsource jobs, making a one hour problem into an over a month issue. Speakout was nice but had no contacts in Canada either. I DID IT! ME!!!

If you googled to see what Nokia "service" is like, you would see you are one of many. Many people bite the bullet and just buy another phone. If I had problems with one of my Nokia's, even under warranty, I would NEVER return it to Nokia. I would rather get a local shop to repair it. Nokia "service" is that bad.
