Some locations closed 7-11 station. Can we add a Voucher Requests Forum like Referral Code Requests? It will be good for those people far away from 7-11 store.

Good idea. My suggestion would be to put such a request in the Phone Exchange forum for now. I'm not sure yet whether we want to overtly facilitate such a thing -- we need to encourage trusted sellers without becoming liable if anything goes wrong.

Hmmm. Probably a small business in there somewhere. Charge a couple of bucks to supply the service. Payment through Paypal. Sounds fairly low risk to me.
