I was recently advised to read the FAQ yet again, so I dutifully did.
The following section:
6. Can I send text messages to a 7-Eleven Speak Out Wireless phone via the Internet or via e-mail, like on other providers?
There is no official 7-Eleven form, but you can search for and use third-party SMS websites at your own risk. Note that regular incoming text message costs will apply and there is always a danger of the recipient's number ending up on some sort of spam list.
And once again I was left completely puzzled!
I was always lead to believe that incoming text is FREE.
Please advise, because the above contradicts this.
