In section "15a. How do I check my voicemail?" it says:

"...or from Toronto, call 416-270-5706 from a landline. There’s also a toll free number listed here."

Calling that number from my voip line it says "unavailable". Pressing 1 on my phone dials 647-278-9956, which works from my voip line.

Further, the toll free number "listed here" link is bad.
