Hi, I need some information. I am activating a new Speakout phone and I want to know how the referral code works.

Do I activated my phone, then add my $100 airtime voucher (through the autimated system) and then call customer service with the referral code?

Or do I activate my phone, call customer service and with the agent on the phone add the $100 voucher and then provide the referral code?

I kinda don't know how the process works, please let me know!

Hi Shawn,
Either one will work. You can't use the code until you have added at least $25 voucher, but then you have two weeks to talk to customer service and get the Pay It Forward Code applied.
