2500 text bundle runout?

Hello everyone, long time lurker of the forums here, finally decided to register.

I've been with SO for a few years now and just this year added the 2500 texting bundle. Up until now it's worked great, but ever since maybe 2 weeks ago it 'ran out' and I am now getting the $0.10 charge. I didn't notice until today when I checked my balance and it was about $20 less than it should've been.The bundle renewed on the 18th or so, and i am 99.9% sure that I did NOT send 2500 texts from then until now.

Is there anything I can do here, or has this happened to anyone else? I called customer service and they said they would get 'technical support' to look at it, still waiting on a reply from them.

That's the only thing you can do, is wait for their tech support to take a look at it.

got it all sorted out; it turned out to just be a glitch in their system.

btw i must say, the SO customer service is excellent!

Any chance you'd added or removed the web browsing feature near the time your balance glitched?

They just had to fix that issue for me. When my web was removed it zeroed out my text balance even though it was mid month.
