Yup.
I even keep track of my time, easy since I don't call much at all. Good thing too, the system thought one of my local calls wasn't, and dinged me $2.95... CSR was able to look up my account (I guess they can/do track things?) and reversed it no problem.
I bought my phone on the 7th, so my 911 fee comes out on the 6th, which is the end of my "month".

The CSR seemed a bit surprised, too. She mentioned the 20/30 rates about 1/2 a second before I did. The call might have been accidentally sent through some external LD carrier or something, rather than directly to Roger's tower, so maybe my "across the street" call actually went around the world a couple of times first. Who knows what the routing computers do once your call reaches them.

Quick way? Other than *777, not really. The phone itself will have a basic log... 1112 = Menu, Call timers, Duration of all calls. You can get an approximate amount by how many total minutes*.20, + how many 911 fees @ .99 each. Don't forget to subtract "other" airtime you don't pay for, like 611, *777, etc.
If you want fancy detailed calling logs, you'll have to pay one of the big cell companies for one of their big cell plans. In the meantime, just hit *777 every week or two, and watch that the balance doesn't do weird things. It should drop in increments of .20 or .30 for normal calls, and .99 each month.
