I need some advice on the proper sequence of steps to activate a Speakout SIM on a brand new unused Chatr Android phone. I believe there are 3 setups required:
(a) activate the Speakout SIM card on the 7-Eleven site
(b) setting up the brand new Android phone which involves entering the Google account
(c) Inserting the Speakout SIM into the Chatr Android phone for activation.
Which of the above steps should I do first? Should I insert the Speakout SIM into the Chatr phone, goto the 7-Eleven site to activate and finally enter the Google account? Or should I do something else first? I don't want to mess this activation up because I am using a Chatr phone instead of a 7-Eleven phone.

Activate the Speakout SIM card, and install it in the phone. You can then do whatever you want. There is no right way in doing this. You do not even need a SIM card if you just want to play with the wifi, for example. The Android phone will recognize the Speakout SIM, and even add the correct APN settings if you have wifi active.
You are not going to mess anything up.
