It could be a stolen sim, I think the risk is pretty low though. I would talk to a speak out representative while doing the transaction to verify the sim in on the up and up. I would be a little concerned about buying from the one post wonders here. So it would be safer to buy from speak out, just not cheaper. I think the odds of having a satisfying transaction here are very good. But as with life, there are no guarantees.
