So can I place that on an old NOKIA phone 'cause my old SIM card (from Speakout)does not work anymore as it was unlocked and loaded with a dual one. That's the reason why - said someone from Speakout - and I had still unused airtime on it

Are you absolutely sure the sim card does not work at all? You can not "unlock" a sim card. Unlocking has to do with a phone. If you are having problems, contact SpeakOut customer service, as they are the only ones who can go into your account and issue you a new sim card.
