I have asked the customer service if I can refill my airtime on the expiry date of my existing airtime and they said that I should refill my airtime at least one day before the expiry date of my existing airtime. Otherwise, I will lose all of my existing airtime. If I follow what they said, my airtime's expiry date will always be advancing one day every year.

Would any one please tell me if I can refill my airtime on the expiry date of my existing airtime without losing my existing airtime? Please share your experience on this issue. Thank you for reading.

There are members here that have said they refilled a week after expiry, and kept their old balance. I would not recommend that. You should eat that extra day if you value you airtime, otherwise you would be taking you chances.

To put it into perspective, if you play it safe and renew on the day before your airtime expires, it will take 30 YEARS for your expiry date to move back one month - not a high price to pay.
