Hey, just got a speakout sim and after i activated it i called 1-866-310-1023 to port it over but whenever i click 5 for porting the machine keeps repeating itself. Also where would i find my speakout activation code if i were to speak to an agent.

Give the Speakout CSR your old Speakout number and the number that is on the SIM card. That should be helpful to the CSR is getting your number ported over manually.
