Can't top up minutes?

I just got a 5200 and ported my number over from Rogers. When I try to refill my dialing *888, they tell me that the refill option is unavailable.
When i try to refill bt dialling 611 then choosing the refill option, I enter the prepaid pin number but it tells me the refill was unsuccessful.
Anyone here know what is wrong?

Is your number indeed ported already?

I'm not sure but I think the site says porting a number can take "as little as 2 hours". Which means it can take longer than that for the porting to complete.

Edit: From the Company FAQ:
"How long does it take to transfer my existing number to SpeakOut Wireless?"

The process to transfer your number should take about 2 hours to complete during normal business hours. With certain rural numbers it may take up to 72 hours to complete. During this time you will be able to continue to use your old number. Once the transfer is complete, your old phone will stop working and your SpeakOut Wireless number will become active.

Yes the number has been ported as I have tested calling my home number and the caller id shows my number from Rogers.
