Is it possible to clone a sim card such that 2 separate phones use the same phone #? Sort of like the party lines from the last century (or was that 2 centuries ago?).

Back in the 1990's it was more possible than it is today. Sim cards today have much more security than then. It is still possible, but way more technical. Google it 😉
