Unfortunately, I only know of picture SMS (which is expensive).

What exactly is VoiceSMS? Basically, sending voice recordings via SMS, instead of leaving voice mail messages?

I think he means a feature like the one available with fido, to SMS to a landline phone number and have fido call the number and read it with machine voice.
