Earlier today I bought the 7eleven SIM card and and speakout voucher at a store, activated the SIM and got my phone number, then topped up my voucher online with that number, but I'm still not receiving any signals.
wondering if this is normal and i have to wait a day to get services or something, or is there something else that i need to do before I receive service?
pretty sure the phone itself has no problem, i made sure it was unlocked and compatiable with the SIM and frequency etc.

But you need to have signal to make the outgoing call.
The SIM gets activated, the phone will get signal, and then you can make the outgoing call to fully activate the service - SMS, incoming calls, ect.
Try the activation process again, make sure you are in an area that has signal, and call the SpeakOut support number for help
