Hi Flash,
Once you transfer the number from the old sim to the new provider, the old sim is deactivated, and useless.
If you were to sell a sim, the number associated with it has to be active.

What? If you Sell SIM then the number don't belong to you.
To Sell SIM after transferring the number its immoral, illogical, illegal
and Fraud.
