I want to call customer service to ensure I got the bonus time and referral code bonus. Anyways, I called about 10 times and it's busy each time. Finally got through and am now listening to waiting music for about 1/2 hour.

It's open from 7am EST to 1am EST, so maybe try at the beginning or end of the day? The few times I've called it's been at one of those extremes and there was no wait time.

Yes. The agents are very busy. Because of this promotion and other is the referral code. I activated two phones and I had to call many times for Transfer from Petro-Canada, codes, activation etc..etc.

But they responded well after on hold for about a mt or two.
They were very nice. Very helpful. With all those calls they seem to be very patient and well mannered.

The customer support is top notch. Never had to wait for more than a few minutes. And almost all the time they answer, ask if you can hold then get back to you in 2-3 minutes.

With the promotion going on , I think it is better to call early in the morning .

I got a busy signal 5 times on one call in the afternoon but I never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

The SO customer service is doing their very best to answer all calls.

You could just push *777 from your phone to check your airtime. I did that to ensure I got the $25 bonus when I activated my airtime.

I had the same problem last night - couldn't get through or put on hold and the line would get disconnected.
Tried this AM, no problem - 1st try , done. I guess they were flooded with calls...

I found the best time to call is just before I go to bed. Around 11:30 pm seems to be the best time. The only problem is I have found the csr that work nights dont seem to be be as noligable as the daytime csr.
