Does anyone know if Speakout or Petro Can Mobility are considered Rogers network calling? On my rogers plan I have unlimited network calling. I wanted to get my wife a speakout phone and was wondering if this feature worked with 711. Thanks

No, unless I am otherwise contradicted. Here is what I got from Rogers.

Unlimited Network Calling - Free local calls between Rogers, Fido and Rogers Home Phone customers
