Issues with Number Porting

Hey guys!
I ported my number from Telus a little under a month ago. Still, to this day, Telus/Koodoo mobile customers are unable to receive my text messages. Despite this, on my phone it shows that they are properly sent and I get billed for them accordingly.
I have contacted SpeakOut Customer Service 15+ times to attempt to find out what the issue is. I have reset my phone, changed the message center name and have even had texts traced! I've even called Telus.
No one seems to have any answers on how to solve my problem. Will this ever be resolved? Help!
