Hello,
Woke up this morning powered up my phone and tried to make a phone call and the word "congestion" came on the screen and the call failed!
I called SpeakOut today and spoke to their tech staff and they don't know what the problem is! Worked fine up until last night with no problems.
The only thing different I believe I may have noticed on my phone (emphasize on may have noticed as I'm not sure) is that at the top right corner it now says "3g" next to the service bars.
I didn't update any configurations since yesterday nor have I updated any of the software which puzzles me as to why this would happen.
Phone specs: Blackberry Bold 9780 (Rogers)
Is there anyone that can please advise as to what steps I should be taking to fix this? I've been a loyal customer and fan of SpeakOut for quite some time now and have had only good experiences up until recently.
- I've tried powering off/on the phone.
