just tried to change a pin code then got a puk code, put the puk code in then tried to put in my pin code then turned on the phone says: sim card rejected.
how do I get the sim card working

I would give SO customer service a call. Sometimes it's not worth it to play with all the pin and puk code options.

Have you called SO CS to get the PUK?

I had the right PUK but wrong Pin code thats why I can t use the phone,
the sim card is rejected.
theres no answer at SO tonight will call them tomorrow
the sim card needs to be looked at.
I first bought this phone it had a different voicemail number. It also had saved texted messages .
somethings not right with this purchase. I bought it last dec 2008, its still got $80 in it. I think someone used this phone and its not new from 7 eleven, don t know

IMO you should exhaust all those issues with SO CS before you start looking for a new SIM. In any case, if your SIM is defective, SO will sell you a replacement for $25. If you buy a new SIM privately you'll lose that $80 credit. If you buy from SO they should be able to transfer it.
