Old 7-11 phone, does service expire? | Technical service details | Consumer forum

Hi, I have an old Nokia purchased from 7-11 years ago that I wanted to use as a spare. It has not been used in over a year and I tried to put some minutes on it but just got an "emergency calls only message" and it would not respond to the *777 or *888 messages and upload the minutes.

Does the service or account expire, if so, how do I activate it?

I don't have the box it came in or any of the activation information. Thanks!
