I thought I bought airtime online (I don't have online account) a few days ago but it didn't go through? Website asked me my phone number and billing / credit card information. After I filled out all info, website took me to a page with not much info. I thought it was weird confirmation page.
I called speakout and talked to a rep and she asked if I activated airtime and if it gave me a prepaid card number. I said no and she said she can't help cuz website support department is closed and redirected me there so I can leave a message. System put me on another long hold so i hung up.
I'm confused. My remaining balance expires in 2 days. I think I'll just go to 7/11 and buy air time voucher to be safe. If charge shows up in my credit card later, I'm gonna be pissed. How is online top up supposed to work?
