If only it was so easy. The numbers appear to be coming from various, unrelated local businesses and when answered the calls just drop. Its happened to him 6 times in the last 2 days. He hasn't noticed any charges for them so it looks like they are dropped before or just as he answers. He didn't receive any today so maybe it was a system glitch.

Here is a trick to stop telemarketers. Before your message starts use a "sit.wav" file which is a tone Bell uses to indicate a disconnected line. It sounds like Doo dah dee.
