Is there an easy way to reset a PIN? I need to move a Speakout account to a new Speakout SIM, but lost/forgot the pin.

Is there a web form with a successfully logged in account that would allow either resetting the pin or moving the account to a new SIM? Or is the only method to talk to a service rep?

Try the last 4 digits of your phone number, or 1234. Also, see what options it gives you when you call 611. Otherwise, give customer service a call. They'll be able to reset it for you.
