Hi

I tried putting my 7-11 SO sim into my unlocked blackberry and I get a PUK code request.

Why does the sim only ask for the PUK in a blackberry but not my unlocked nokia & samsung?

Call customer service and ask them for the PUK code, then insert the PUK code. Hope this helps...
