Speak Out Texting Problem

My partner has had a speakout account for years. I have a similar plan with Petro Canada. In the past year, intermittently, I was not able to text her phone from mine. Sometimes the text will go through, other times not. I send a lot of texts and this problem has not occurred with others I send texts to.

So, I thought it must be her old LG phone breaking down. So I bought her an iphone, switched over her SIM card and within a week, the same problem! Some texts go through to her from my phone, others do not.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

Call Speakout. They should have call logs to help figure out what's going on and they may have a few technical tricks to fix this.
