hi,
ever since I got my new phone (647 area) I've been getting some incoming calls from US or SW ontario. I didn't answer these calls because I don't know who is calling. How does 7-11 get their numbers? did I get a recycle number?

Yesterday , I got a text message from a person who I don't know . I did not reply back. I got my phone last week ( 647 area also) . I'm sure it is a recycled number . I'm not sure how 7-11 get their numbers.

It could be you have a recycled number, or just wrong numbers. I have also found that because now that the national do not call registry is in effect, many Canadian telemarketers use their American counterparts to call Canadians. That could be why you are getting calls from the USA as well.
