Successful port in but old number still showing in SpeakOut account

Hoping for some advice, new SpeakOut customer, successfully ported my number to SO and got confirmation but when I log into my SO account it still shows the account phone number when I joined SO, not my port-in number.
Further, I purchased a $25 recharge voucher online and had it emailed to me and when I go to activate the voucher it come back with an error "Account does not exist".
Have I done something wrong or is there a glitch with my account?
