It depends on the phone. Some phone makes/models support cable/bluetooth/infrared synching however I don't know if any of the phones 7-11 sells have that capability. Even if so, you'll need some software to do the synching and I don't know if there's any for the Mac.
You could do a Google search on your phone make/model and "synch", "mac", etc. to see if anything is available.
Another approach is to look for a SIM card reader and then do the synching manually. Of course this won't work for data that's stored in the phone rather than on the SIM.
